Customer reviews of Soledi ArtDeco

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for the poor rating given to your order which was shipped to the billing address instead of the delivery address. We understand how frustrating this can be, knowing that it was an oversight on your part. As soon as we were informed of the situation by the carrier, we immediately contacted the supplier to obtain the correct address. We then shipped your 2 packages to the correct address, at our expense, as your satisfaction is our priority. Regarding the package refused by your supplier, we also took the initiative to return it at no additional cost to you, after confirming with the supplier that this was not a problem. We firmly believe that it is important to do everything possible to ensure our customers' satisfaction, which is reflected in our overall rating. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal if you have any further questions or concerns.
