the product is very good the only downside is at the level of delivery at the merchant who did not have my name registered, I showed him the code that was noted in my phone, still nothing, she went to check in her reserve and my package was there, before giving it to me she had to enter (a code??) she couldn't do it so she made me sign and left, she told me it's really complicated with them!!! Only downside: the Wishlist is not intuitive. It does not show how to be informed of a restock, you have to search another page to find where to click. If I hadn't known that this feature exists, I wouldn't have looked for it further.

This note is due to the fact that Mondial Relay took 13 days to deliver the package, changing pickup points 3 times, the last one being a 40-minute round trip on foot because there was no possibility to park.
In addition to seeing the Mondial Relay delivery drivers throw the packages into their truck and grumble when we point it out to them.
Otherwise, Soledi art deco did their job correctly.

It is true that we ship from France and that you should have chosen a shipment via Mondial Relay instead of Colissimo, as the rates are clearly noted in your cart when choosing delivery. Phone staff very very friendly!! Unfortunately, the order did not arrive on time for the weekend event even though we had verified it with customer service. The carrier GLS does not deliver on weekends (which was not specified when ordering), plus the box arrived in poor condition (thankfully the products were not damaged).
