Easy site and timely delivery without problems. Subject announced with base like for the large Eiffel Tower but the base is not there
Otherwise nice subject a bit expensive anyway; I will cover it with sequins, I let you imagine the total cost! Unsellable just the pleasure of treating myself

Hello, you indicate that you did not receive your package?
However, we have proof of delivery of your 3 cones, delivered on 07/12/2020 at 12:53
Is it perhaps another purchase made on another sales platform?
Thank you for your feedback
Best regards
Sophie

Hello,
your package was delivered to you yesterday morning,
The delay was due to COVID cases at the carrier's branch as I notified you by email yesterday.
I would appreciate it if you could correct this review, given that the shipment was made on the same day of your purchase and that currently we are not responsible for the closure of transport agencies,

Hello,
After verification, your purchase delivered in Germany was signed for 2 hours before you sent your negative review,
It's a pity that you sent a request on Saturday, to know where the package is, without waiting for a response from us, as we indeed do not work on weekends

Hello, We talked for a long time yesterday
I contacted the carrier several times,
As explained many times on the phone, your package was delivered to the wrong address
The carrier is trying to get in touch with your district driver,
everything cannot be done with a snap of the fingers
It is not correct to say that I did not follow up on your complaint,
