Soledi ArtDeco consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid order fulfillment and express delivery that keeps customers well informed through tracking and timely arrivals. The product visuals and descriptions are matched in reality, with items arriving well packaged, intact, and in good condition, and orders often arriving on time or even faster than expected. Customers praise the professional handling and friendly delivery experiences, noting careful packaging, on-time deliveries, and dependable fulfillment across multiple orders. Overall, shoppers highlight smooth ordering processes, accurate product representation, prompt shipping, and careful packaging as core strengths.
Very disappointed with the delivery, it was an urgent order and I paid shipping fees only to receive it 3 weeks later
A shame, I had to find a last-minute solution that ultimately cost me double
The delivery information was correct but there was an error and therefore the delivery person could not deliver the first time
I do not recommend, especially for professional use

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for the poor rating given to your order which was shipped to the billing address instead of the delivery address. We understand how frustrating this can be, knowing that it was an oversight on your part. As soon as we were informed of the situation by the carrier, we immediately contacted the supplier to obtain the correct address. We then shipped your 2 packages to the correct address, at our expense, as your satisfaction is our priority. Regarding the package refused by your supplier, we also took the initiative to return it at no additional cost to you, after confirming with the supplier that this was not a problem. We firmly believe that it is important to do everything possible to ensure our customers' satisfaction, which is reflected in our overall rating. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal if you have any further questions or concerns.

Very good, wide choice of products, clear site, careful shipping. Only downside: the display of delivery in x days on the website and ultimately nearly 2 weeks in reality (I wasn't in a hurry so no urgency)

The site is a bit outdated but works well. It is a bit difficult to find the sizes you want, at least for the polystyrene discs. There should be a classification by diameter or thickness and then an arrangement in ascending order, for example.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, thank you for this review. However, it is possible to choose the diameter, thickness, or even the desired shape in the left column. I wish you a pleasant day, Sophie.
