Soledi ArtDeco consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid order fulfillment and express delivery that keeps customers well informed through tracking and timely arrivals. The product visuals and descriptions are matched in reality, with items arriving well packaged, intact, and in good condition, and orders often arriving on time or even faster than expected. Customers praise the professional handling and friendly delivery experiences, noting careful packaging, on-time deliveries, and dependable fulfillment across multiple orders. Overall, shoppers highlight smooth ordering processes, accurate product representation, prompt shipping, and careful packaging as core strengths.
Fast service and item as described and well packaged. I just regret the shipping costs which are too high for my taste (15€ for Belgium, for an item worth 10, but I absolutely needed it!). It would have been much less expensive to offer shipping via Mondial Relay or Kiala...

Shipping costs are high, but delivery is very fast. The carrier calls to set an appointment and is punctual. I want to return an item but I couldn't find anywhere on the site the procedure to follow...

fast, but the product is not of the same brand as the one presented. We had chosen it because the writing was well visible, whereas on the one received the dimensions are hardly visible.

Just a big problem the address on the package was not correct: 63490 Et Quentin/Sauxillanges instead of 63490 Et Jean n Val which is the correct one that's all

Not bad but I regret that returns are at the customer's expense. I'm okay with one shipping of the product but not two. I will not order again under these conditions.

Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you

Average, I ordered products that they no longer had in stock, I was refunded but I also received products that did not match the photo (the color) and for decoration, it's important!

Hello,
Disappointed, 3 items were missing from my order and my new order arrived almost 2 weeks later.
I hope that there will be no issues with my next order. Thank you

Correct site. Product received correctly as well. One plus would be a clip for implementing the product (celestial lantern) and usage tips (heating product cradle, etc)
