Hello I loved ordering several products but also for a specific part of my pastry oven. I spoke on the phone with Léa who did not have this part in her shop but made the necessary arrangements to find it for me from a supplier Bravo and thank you

Response from Soledi ArtDeco Published on 18/09/2020

Hello, We talked for a long time yesterday
I contacted the carrier several times,
As explained many times on the phone, your package was delivered to the wrong address
The carrier is trying to get in touch with your district driver,
everything cannot be done with a snap of the fingers
It is not correct to say that I did not follow up on your complaint,

I am very satisfied with the service!
I will return to this seller based on my needs.
(without wanting to interfere in your logistical choices, a simple bubble envelope instead of a cardboard box might have sufficed given the size of the ordered item)
I persist and sign: perfect!
