The product is as expected but if I could have chosen in terms of color, it would have been the cherry on the cake :)

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I am sorry for this bad experience, however, we have no complaint from you, whether by email, phone call or social networks and moreover, after checking with customer service, no return of a defective frame. I can confirm that 98% of our customers have a positive experience with our store, as we try to ship the same day and respond to messages within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the fact that you respond to a review 3 weeks after sending it; prevents us from verifying the preparation and quality of the packaging, as our videos are automatically deleted after 15 days. I remain at your disposal for any further information regarding this review
