Very good except for the joint cement which is not of good quality, I will not use it; the glue and copper plates are perfect and quick

Hello,
After verification, your purchase delivered in Germany was signed for 2 hours before you sent your negative review,
It's a pity that you sent a request on Saturday, to know where the package is, without waiting for a response from us, as we indeed do not work on weekends

Hello, We talked for a long time yesterday
I contacted the carrier several times,
As explained many times on the phone, your package was delivered to the wrong address
The carrier is trying to get in touch with your district driver,
everything cannot be done with a snap of the fingers
It is not correct to say that I did not follow up on your complaint,

The order went well and arrived 3 days later, very fast. However, I would have preferred the large model but you no longer had it in stock and I waited about 3 weeks and you still didn't have it, so I bought the smaller model. Your stocks should be replenished a bit faster, I think.

Hello, your package was shipped on 14/08 but due to a sorting error by the post office, it is currently being delivered to your home today. You can find all this information in your eBay order history and soledi-artdeco.com as well as in the various emails sent by Colissimo. Package 6C03058857626

Only downside: in my personal case, the order was very light, and I find it a shame that there isn't a cheaper rate for shipments that fit in a simple envelope.
