Hello, we just checked the videos of the preparation and shipping of your order and I do not understand your comment... the plastic balls were packaged under blister as well as in soft paper, all shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. You chose delivery to the post office for €5.95, there is nothing unreasonable about this amount.
We do not ship any purchase whose total merchandise amount exceeds €8 in an envelope, tracked or not, for the simple reason that too many envelopes get lost.
