The delivery was very fast, but we had two different delivery addresses, one for the billing address and the other for the delivery address. Lack of consistency. Too bad!

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I do not understand your response. You registered 2 addresses, one billing address located in Germany and your desired delivery address in France. We delivered to your delivery address; how does this deserve 2 *? Looking forward to your reply.

Fast shipping and well packaged, however not as described. The diameter is not 18/20, sometimes even smaller than 15 mm. So, I can't use it...

The products arrived quickly, the problem is that the products arrived scratched, damaged, and with the paint chipped. I immediately sent an email with attached photos to Soledi ArtDeco support for information, 11 days have passed and no one has written or contacted me. Disappointed

The site is a bit outdated but works well. It is a bit difficult to find the sizes you want, at least for the polystyrene discs. There should be a classification by diameter or thickness and then an arrangement in ascending order, for example.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, thank you for this review. However, it is possible to choose the diameter, thickness, or even the desired shape in the left column. I wish you a pleasant day, Sophie.

Product arrived very quickly, I bought a mini oven for cold enameling. The oven works well. Negative point: the oven arrived with rust spots! So I cleaned it well and applied anti-rust product, but I find it unfortunate that it arrived with that.

Not bad, but when recounting the number of eggs received, it turns out that 6/300 were missing. Moreover, the packages sent were closed by hand (paper tape), which does not inspire confidence.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I am sorry that you apparently received an insufficient quantity of eggs. I can neither confirm nor deny your complaint as you received the batches 7 weeks ago, we do not keep the videos that long... We prepare, pack and seal these bags manually, which does not devalue the quality of the product, it is regrettable to give a bad rating and talk about lack of trust, for the reason that we do not seal these bags... A simple call 7 weeks ago asking for the sending of the 2 missing eggs would have sufficed. We would have done it without discussion, as human error is possible.

Not disappointed at all. I think the powder enamel should be better packaged or secured more. Because one pot broke and the powder spilled in the box. But it was replaced and thank you, I have nothing to say about the after-sales service. I mention this for the future.
