Hello, I was disappointed with my order, regarding the ribbons, I thought I would receive rolls as presented, and I received pieces of ribbons. It's not practical because everything gets tangled, I am very disappointed, and I will not order this kind of item from you again

Good, just a small issue, I ordered enamel paint that I thought was white. the frosted white is actually not white but transparent, it would be good to specify that!

Good, fast. But some wooden beads are poorly drilled and therefore unusable...

Clear site, where it is easy to find the items you want. Maybe not quite enough info (I had the thicknesses of flat-bottom crowns, but not the inner diameter) but I really had a very specific need

Good, too bad there aren't more choices in polystyrene shapes. The small ones are at very reasonable prices, up to 30 cm, but as soon as you go up a few cm, the prices soar... Delivery took 2 days longer than expected.

It's a good site, where you can find a wide range of products. Moreover, the purchase/after-sales service is very fast. I do not regret my first order.
