the ergonomics need to be improved (references sometimes difficult to find) enough details on the products
an error in item naming (which makes it unusable for my project): wooden stick (ref 1423501) announced and labeled diameter 2 mm while they are 3 mm in diameter

Soledi-artdeco is a very committed professional site. The products are very good, always available and delivery is effortless and on time. An extra star for the authorized PayPal payment. This makes it 4/5 as the site lacks a bit of recognition! That would be a real plus.

shipping costs too high. For an order of 1.60 euros I had to pay 5.95 euros in shipping fees. If I hadn't had an urgent need, I wouldn't have ordered.

I am very satisfied with my orders, everything is very well packaged, it's fast, too bad there are pins (a lot) that don't prick (blunt ends, but there was a gesture I appreciated, I received a box of 500 grams for free, because I had already reported these blunt pins, sincerely

Not so easy to find what you are looking for, cold email yields nothing for example, you have to put cold emailing. If you don't know the technique, you have to do another search on a search engine.

hello
I am very happy with the items, the plate, perfect regarding the doves, good, except for a slight deformation of the feathers, with a little zeal and patience, everything is fine, my board for the newlyweds is successful, thank you
