Navigation on the site ok, customer service: didn't need to contact; shipping maybe a bit long but reasonable given the current context. Undoubtedly, however, reception and packaging are correct, preparation and control are perfectly taken care of.

Very difficult to find the desired color, in fact it is not the color I wanted. So a waste of €15 for nothing.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello, I am sorry that the color you wanted was no longer available in the variations, but it is specified in the product description that it is no longer marketed and that we only have 7 different colors of this paint left. You chose this color buttler magenta. We just checked the video of the preparation of your order, my colleague did indeed ship the bottle of buttler magenta. The amount of your order with your choice of home delivery was €12 (and not €15), a delivery to a relay point would have saved you €2. Best regards.

Hello, we just checked the videos of the preparation and shipping of your order and I do not understand your comment... the plastic balls were packaged under blister as well as in soft paper, all shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. Disrespectful?? Thank you in advance for giving me more explanations.

Hello, this must be a purchase from another platform, as you were informed throughout the processing and shipping of your order, by SMS and email. The tracking number for Mondial Relay is available in your order history on our site, but also in the different emails and SMS sent to your attention. It seems that you received these messages, as you picked up your package within a few hours at the chosen relay point

the product is very good the only downside is at the level of delivery at the merchant who did not have my name registered, I showed him the code that was noted in my phone, still nothing, she went to check in her reserve and my package was there, before giving it to me she had to enter (a code??) she couldn't do it so she made me sign and left, she told me it's really complicated with them!!! (the delivery site) if I have to order from you again, too bad I will pay to have it delivered to my home!!! with GLS it's always impeccable!!!
