Fast service and item as described and well packaged. I just regret the shipping costs which are too high for my taste (15€ for Belgium, for an item worth 10, but I absolutely needed it!). It would have been much less expensive to offer shipping via Mondial Relay or Kiala...

Very responsive to the establishment of the order and delivery.
I still expect a response to my email for the establishment of the invoice and the request for a delivery note.

Shipping costs are high, but delivery is very fast. The carrier calls to set an appointment and is punctual. I want to return an item but I couldn't find anywhere on the site the procedure to follow...

fast, but the product is not of the same brand as the one presented. We had chosen it because the writing was well visible, whereas on the one received the dimensions are hardly visible.

Just a big problem the address on the package was not correct: 63490 Et Quentin/Sauxillanges instead of 63490 Et Jean n Val which is the correct one that's all

Great site that I really like.
My only downside is that the color of the wax plates on the site does not match the reality of what I received.

Not bad but I regret that returns are at the customer's expense. I'm okay with one shipping of the product but not two. I will not order again under these conditions.
