Fast delivery, but I would have liked free delivery directly to the house for such a small item... I had to go out for just 4 small bags...

Hello, I was surprised by the small size of the bags (100g), it's really very small! Maybe it's possible to find several packaging options with you? (200 to 400g) Best regards, Ch.Bernard

Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

It is difficult to choose the paint because they are all on the same page with the paints for fabric or others.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you

Very fast delivery!!!! However, one downside regarding the foam sheets ordered: I received them rolled up and the thermoformed faces not protected by plastic.... Luckily they were not damaged during transport but I still find it a shame... Otherwise, quality price nothing to complain about you sell very good products!!
