I know this product because I bought it a few years ago but the lot was incomplete, it was missing a shell and a star.

Very disappointed because after receiving the item, it was not at all in accordance with the photo, and for the return everything is at our expense...

It would be better to display the prices including tax from the start and reduce them by the amount of VAT when a merchant (with VAT) declares. Initially, the prices are displayed excluding tax; if you don't pay close attention, this fact escapes you, and when as a private individual (without VAT) you want to place an order, miraculously, without warning, the prices jump to including tax: unpleasant surprise! Especially since some scam sites use this method to raise their prices at the last minute.

Very good site but large volume delivery not great in terms of packaging. First order metallic circle of 65 cm received bent, they sent me a new replacement circle and it was also a bit bent, I give up on another replacement

2 items that did not match the photos on the site. Rather correct site but I don't think I will place new orders on this site. A bit disappointed by some items received that I immediately returned.

Disappointed that the bride wearing her spouse is in a suit and not in a dress... in the sales photo this is not specified and we don't see it...

Fast service and item as described and well packaged. I just regret the shipping costs which are too high for my taste (15€ for Belgium, for an item worth 10, but I absolutely needed it!). It would have been much less expensive to offer shipping via Mondial Relay or Kiala...

Shipping costs are high, but delivery is very fast. The carrier calls to set an appointment and is punctual. I want to return an item but I couldn't find anywhere on the site the procedure to follow...

fast, but the product is not of the same brand as the one presented. We had chosen it because the writing was well visible, whereas on the one received the dimensions are hardly visible.

Just a big problem the address on the package was not correct: 63490 Et Quentin/Sauxillanges instead of 63490 Et Jean n Val which is the correct one that's all

Not bad but I regret that returns are at the customer's expense. I'm okay with one shipping of the product but not two. I will not order again under these conditions.

Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you

Average, I ordered products that they no longer had in stock, I was refunded but I also received products that did not match the photo (the color) and for decoration, it's important!
