I rarely give an 'excellent' rating but this was quite good. I also received guidance about my order via email but I can't understand that so I didn't make use of it. Worth repeating.

Fast Shipping From Germany to the United States. Their products are the real deal, not the cheap products found on Amazon U.S. I have tried them all.

Good product, delivered on time. Just a pity that there was no Dutch manual included with the product. If it had been included, it would have been excellent for me.

It took longer than expected, I emailed and got an immediate response.
The next day I received another email explaining that there had been a disruption with Post NL and that I would receive 10% of the purchase amount back. I call this service, a few days later my package arrived. Thank you.
Best regards, Jacqueline Weijers

Due to problems with the delivery company, delivery took much longer than expected. Somnishop responded almost immediately to my request for information and later kept me updated on the status. Moreover, I received part of the purchase amount back as compensation. Very good customer service!

Fast delivery of a more expensive anti-snoring device (139 Euros). But perfect fit thanks to measuring my own teeth. And the best: NO more snoring, and no painful teeth or jaw anymore.

I'm used to a dentist molded snore guard.....I bought this as a temporary replacement. It serves its purpose for a while. It doesn't allow mouth breathing and seems expensive for what it is.

Due to a disruption at the post, the tracking code was not recognized and we had to wait a long time for our package. However, the webshop responded almost immediately to our request for information, which initially did not provide insight into where the package was. Eventually, I received the package in good order. Good product!
