The ClipAir nasal dilator helps remedy poor nasal breathing, and the snoring caused by it. In some cases, snoring is caused by multiple factors at the same time. If the nasal dilator is not sufficient, you can use it in combination with an anti-snoring mouthpiece such as the SomnoFit, for example. We hope this information can help you. As with all anti-snoring dental mouthpieces, it takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks to get used to the device, which is perceived as a foreign body in the first days. If after this adaptation period wearing the orthosis is still uncomfortable, and you find it too thick, we recommend you turn to our SomnoFit-S anti-snoring orthosis, which is much thinner, and therefore more comfortable to wear. You can refer to our size guide in the description of our products to see if the device fits your jaw.
