Hello thank you for your message. The intensity of the vibration of the somnipax belt is adjustable. Please try to choose a lower vibration intensity. You can find the detailed instructions on how to do so in the instruction manual in Chapter 7 "How do I use somnipax belt correctly" in the paragraph "Adjust the intensity of vibration". It should be on page 11. I hope this helps you! -

SomniShop itself is OK. Orders are not processed very quickly but they do arrive.
This was the 2nd time we ordered, but the 2 bits are not satisfactory this time. Returning is not possible, so we are stuck with very expensive unpleasant bits.

I still haven't received my package containing a sleep apnea mask for which payment was made on April 17, 2023. If GLS does not deliver my package quickly, I will request the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount already paid.
