Customer reviews of SomniShop

This item hasn't been delivered as yet. It was sent to my wife's work address but she is home ill with Covid. Parcel Force did send a text but whenever we call they put in a call queuing system for endless minutes until we give up, which I guess is their goal. We apparently need a calling card to arrange re-delivery but Parcel Force did not leave one. They have supposedly taken the item back to their depot which is over 20 miles away, they could easily have left it at our local Post Office, but of course if they did this then they wouldn't be able to charge us £5 for the privilege to request a redelivery, which we are unable to do anyway because we have no card.
Please can you help.......................THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IS APPALLING!!

Ok good service

Good service, item arrived in good time with overseas tracking to follow the purchase.

I asked a question about the address: [email protected] and a week later I still have no response...

Order returned. Well handled

After following the slightly confusing instructions regarding moulding the product it seemed to work well. However a few nights in and I seem to have learned to open my mouth wider in my sleep to compensate which is letting air in and the snoring is returning albeit at a lower level. Disappointing there is no money back guarantee.

Product works well

Good communication

Little communication on delivery process. Received notifications about delivery in German only. Video instructions for assembly and use were confusing

Good deli

Product with unsuitable and too light packaging. The postal services must have repackaged it when it is not their role!!!...

Product price ratio was top for my purchase

Conforms to my expectations

Their website kept emptying the basket at checkout. Then sent the wrong size. Weren't even willing to pay for return postage. So got a refund and shopped elsewhere.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, delivered only today. And when we call you, we don't even get a Dutch explanation and that for a Dutch site, no thanks, it doesn't have to be with you anymore, Evert Edmond

Even hesitated, the order came via Germany.

Fast delivery

I received a faulty product and had to go through PayPal to get all of my money back.

It suits me

good service

Website was appalling, lots of errors, had to phone in the end. Product is hugely overpriced for what it is, but as the only supplier I could find I had no choice.

The product was good but the package had been incorrectly addressed which caused me a lot of delivery problems

Good product. Delivery good, maybe a bit pricey

no special opinion

I would start by actually delivering the product! They say it has been delivered but I have received nothing!! And I also get no response from customer service so I just lost my money!!!! Never order here!!

By showing the price plus export taxes.
Moreover, this product is of very poor quality, in 1
month the elastic on the sides is stretched.
Product to THROW AWAY.

utterly rubbish made no difference they just make up a device say it will do something but it does not.... yet they get away with it no refund offered

Top!!!

Quickly delivered. Good product

Don’t work for me at all. Will try another device

delivery within the deadlines

I have never received my purchase and the retailer was very unhelpful.

Hello no need to change anything

Order not arrived. Returned by German post as if the order was not accepted. However, it was never offered to me.

very Good

Very good value for money and professionalism

By having a Dutch-speaking employee do it because I cannot convey my complaints

was as desired

fast shipping
