The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think too late, because it was said that the shipment takes place 1 day after order.

The idea with the snoring backpack is good and also worth a few euros, but the part is absolutely too expensive. Estimated material value 10 €

The package was delivered to me by the post office. I had to pay Fr. 20:35 for customs clearance and VAT. I think this should be noted.

The goods and delivery all super - no worries. I just had a problem completing my order in the online store. I have therefore deducted a star.

Pillow not suitable for the purpose because it is too wide and yet possible to lie on your back. That should prevent the pillow. Return costs should be for the account of the customer

Again and again problems with the delivery. Once long waits about 1 week until the delivery. In the following order after 8 days before delivery requested, would be coming. (This delivery has only arrived today. It was a 2nd delivery (this time with tracking) and see, after another 3 days the delivery was there.

Delivery for the first order fast and problem-free. Product received, albeit high-priced, of the best quality and usability compared to many unsuccessfully tested competitor products.
