Relatively quickly delivered from Germany. The PosiForm pillow 'forces' your head into a certain position and feels a bit too 'hard' for me. The edge in the middle doesn't really prevent you from turning on your back; your head then ends up in the other pre-shaped half. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience, but that may be different for others. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks now and will continue to use it in hopes of improvement.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for the delivery of my product and still nothing. There is no tracking number and there has been nothing left in my letter box to say someone has tried to deliver. Please can you investigate this and sort this out. Thank you.

The size guide and the size offer should be improved. The anti-snoring t-shirt ordered smaller than recommended arrived too big to be adjusted (for info I took size S for 183cm).

Product conforms to my order but I will not order again because the amount of plastic for the packaging is huge. Hence the poor rating. We won't get by with methods like that. I can provide you with a photo and you will see that it is nonsense. They sent me 3 small nasal dilators in 3 different full plastic packages. I do not understand this stubbornness to use such rubbish. I would order again if the packaging methods change. Too bad because the product is great.

I was recommended this product after doing a sleep test but turns out to be a terrible product. Followed the instructions to set mould to my mouth and it didn’t work therefore the mouth guard becomes completely useless.
I ordered from the UK directly from their website and had to pay additional taxes for the delivery therefore even more disappointed.
Instructions are extremely difficult to read, not sure how someone not used to watching YouTube videos would know what to do.
I would be very careful when ordering this.

I didn't realize I was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I should've looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a UK email address, I didn't realize. I think it should be made clearer on the home page.
I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.
