Had to wait a long time for the delivery, stated 3 to 4 working days but I had to wait 9 working days

Too long delay and unsuitable magnets with pacemaker.

The anti-rolling t-shirt on the back is ineffective. I still end up on my back and continue to snore

Product was supposed to be delivered. Note in the mailbox from GLS that it was placed somewhere but found nothing.

Reasonable price and good service

Very good service and reasonable price. I would have preferred to be able to buy this product individually.

Good quality t-shirt, good effectiveness. However, it seems to me that the sizes correspond to good beer drinkers who are a bit chubby. I usually take size L or XL. I ordered the smallest size (S) and it's still too big, the inflatable ball slips in the back.

Website looked to be English, but did not advise shipping was from Germany and would incur customs charges. Contacted company who just pointed at FAQs and blamed Brexit. No hint of apology. Was landed with a £40 customs and handling charge. Please beware - their prices are cheap, but not all that it seems!

Product was delivered well but I had to wait for it. It is certainly not the case that when you order, you get the product delivered the next day

Ordered products on January 3, delivered only on January 15. The site mentions a delivery time of 2-3 working days.

I still haven't received my sausage t-shirt. The amount has been charged and my t-shirt was said to be delivered by GLS. But no, still nothing 3 weeks later. Should I give up on it?

The products are not suitable for nostrils with a deviated septum and it's precisely this that needs to be widened, otherwise the products are soft and you easily forget them at night.

At this time I still haven't received my order from 19/12/2024 can you imagine my satisfaction? Moreover, no information on the tracking of my DHL order more flashy than effective. Very negative evaluation. I hope for a very soon delivery.

The guard was somehow difficult to mould, they don't say if not hot enough, will not mould on your teeth. If too hot, it burns your tongue and gums. After several tries, it moulded better. But this does not relieve from snoring at all, test and confirmed by my partner, with video recording.

The shopping experience, from the UK, is poor. Customer service unhelpful, long delivery times. Unexpected taxes. Good product though.

My order was delivered by DHL... but I received nothing, I reported that to Somnishop. They are working on it but very sloppy...

So far the experience was good. But I think the last order is stuck. Delivery days on the site match ONLY with reality. The package was already in the Netherlands on December 2 and has not yet been delivered. Personal contact with Somni is also increasingly leading to nothing. This was different in the past. I hope the package will be delivered this week. It needs to go with someone to Aruba!

Everything was handled very smoothly. Only a pity that the attachment is completely in French.

Product and price really good but tracking is terrible. Had to contact supplier to be told it was in customs waiting to clear and any further charge would have to be paid, still checked daily with no further information and it just arrived. Maybe a tweak in the shipping info

I have never received my order until today, the email follow-ups have no response, the service does not speak French, it's a shame I lost more than 75€

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the length of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

The product does not work

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.
