I am waiting since August 1st on my order. They refuse to give a refund while the package was lost at DHL. Don't buy here.

I don't know if your humidifier cleaning product that turns the water blue-green, but it happens after one or two nights of heating the water, what do you think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (explanation ?????????)

Yes post.nl bad

The top mouthpiece was easy to mould correctly - it did take two attempts but now fits nice and snug and doesn't slip at all. However the bottom mould is a lot more difficult to get right. As I have a small mouth having to insert the bottom mould will the top one in places has caused problems, I experienced rubbing at the side of my mouth and scratched the corner of my mouth when inserting. Also experienced a problem fitting the connectors - they kept popping off so had to fit the "non adjusting ones". Will preserver and will try to mould the bottom set again.
Delivery was excellent and only took a few days.

Order placed 25th September, not received yet.

Product is good however the delivery of the product is not very good. I had to wait for 7 working days to receive the product. they should have a warehouse in the UK instead of sending the product from Germany

Received twice and not good, and paid twice, 1st time E 69.99 in Sint Oederode, 2nd time E 93.95 in Hedorf with problems returning. For me a company zero. zero

The somniguard hurts my mouth and does not fit in well. I have not managed to sleep in it yet because it is too uncomfortable

Waiting time longer than competitors

I bought the product on a UK page, now it is in a warehouse that I don't know where it is and it has not arrived and they tell me that I have to pay customs fees.

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

While I have always been satisfied with somnishop, I am today disappointed. The announced deadline was not respected at all: in fact, 7 working days.. which means I can no longer retrieve what I ordered since I am no longer on site.

Good product, delivered correctly

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

Clear website with a good range of products

Product defective due to leakage at the connection bracket. This caused a loud whistling sound. Size of the mask does not match what is stated on the website. Reported but have not received a response yet. Product returned, also no response received. Shameful.

Tried to contact the shop after my purchase but not getting replies.

I left the Oniris orthosis because its bushing system hurt my mouth. I had used it for years, but when I had enough of discomfort in my mouth, I looked for another system and tried the strips, and after several attempts, I opted for the most comfortable orthosis: the Somnipax Guard-S orthosis. The complaint one can make, aside from the fact that everything can improve, is that the strips (like the bushings) stretch quite quickly, and once you find the one that fits, it is not possible to buy only the strips of the right size. Moreover, in my case, the size that suits me is 8, the smallest, available only in double packs. So I have to buy packs of 8 strips for about 11€ to throw away 7 per pack. It's a bit annoying and not at all ecological or economical. The ideal would be packs of the right size. For all these reasons, I rate it 4* and not 5. Too bad, but certainly much more profitable for the company.

The sleeping position has become very uncomfortable and causes me severe back pain. It’s a false solution.

Not good, bulking, uncomfortable

The 3 bottles were not well packed. Despite the stickers on the outside of the box, care was not taken during transport. Two of the three bottle caps were damaged and therefore unusable. Fortunately, no liquid leaked.

Not a good device, had to go back to my older mouth guard.

Website clear, good information, payment goes smoothly. Product as desired. Delivery does take a bit longer, as my product had to come from abroad.

Super quality organic cotton, very soft! Very ingenious product! The only problem is that I should have ordered the smallest size because the roll shifts to the side during the night! As soon as I can, I will reorder the size xs! Thank you!

I was most disappointed. I recently had a sleep study and this showed that I snored more when I was on my back, hence purchasing the back pack. I tried it for 2 nights and my snore score jumped to 29 and 30 in the snore lab whereas it had been down at 10 to 15. I would therefore wish to return it.

The work as it should

From Germany so not 'uk' and price excessive when product seen. (Which also have not had any beneficial effect).

Bought a Somnipax guard S. Works fantastic when Tensioning band is new. Very expensive to buy additional Tensioning Bands, and you have to buy 10 packs even though you are only using 1 or 2 of them. Then you have to throw away remaining.

My order came through quick.
