I order this on the 26/02/20 and it has yet to arrive. So I would piont to the postal as an area for improvement.

Very bad product. The pillow is a torture device, meaning you get zero sleep at night. I guess that is one way to resolve snoring...

I'm used to a dentist moulded snore guard.....o bought this as a temporary replacement. It serves it's purpose for a while. It doesn't allow mouth breathing and seems expensive for what it is.

I haven't received my order yet. It is probably coming, so no big deal, really. But because you used Deutsche Post and the United States Postal Service, tracking information has been lacking. They just aren't very good at that.
I actually have high hopes for your actual product. Maybe I'll feel better when it gets here.

No, you can't calibrate the position of your lower jaw. Its a one piece device, your lower jaw can only be aligned inline with your upper front teeth.

The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think too late, because it was said that the shipment takes place 1 day after order.

Pillow not suitable for the purpose because it is too wide and yet possible to lie on your back. That should prevent the pillow. Return costs should be for the account of the customer

Still not delivered after ten days. No contact option under the indicated telephone numbers

Again and again problems with the delivery. Once long waits about 1 week until the delivery. In the following order after 8 days before delivery requested, would be coming. (This delivery has only arrived today. It was a 2nd delivery (this time with tracking) and see, after another 3 days the delivery was there.
