Order placed 25th September, not received yet.

Received twice and not good, and paid twice, 1st time E 69.99 in Sint Oederode, 2nd time E 93.95 in Hedorf with problems returning. For me a company zero. zero

The somniguard hurts my mouth and does not fit in well. I have not managed to sleep in it yet because it is too uncomfortable

Too bad I never received my package.......

I was very disappointed because size L does not correspond at all to the dimensions indicated on the site

Waiting time longer than competitors

I bought the product on a UK page, now it is in a warehouse that I don't know where it is and it has not arrived and they tell me that I have to pay customs fees.

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

While I have always been satisfied with somnishop, I am today disappointed. The announced deadline was not respected at all: in fact, 7 working days.. which means I can no longer retrieve what I ordered since I am no longer on site.

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

Product defective due to leakage at the connection bracket. This caused a loud whistling sound. Size of the mask does not match what is stated on the website. Reported but have not received a response yet. Product returned, also no response received. Shameful.

The sleeping position has become very uncomfortable and causes me severe back pain. It’s a false solution.

Not good, bulking, uncomfortable

The 3 bottles were not well packed. Despite the stickers on the outside of the box, care was not taken during transport. Two of the three bottle caps were damaged and therefore unusable. Fortunately, no liquid leaked.

Not a good device, had to go back to my older mouth guard.

I was most disappointed. I recently had a sleep study and this showed that I snored more when I was on my back, hence purchasing the back pack. I tried it for 2 nights and my snore score jumped to 29 and 30 in the snore lab whereas it had been down at 10 to 15. I would therefore wish to return it.

From Germany so not 'uk' and price excessive when product seen. (Which also have not had any beneficial effect).

For me, the product is not effective, it does not stay fixed on the back and therefore does not do its job.

My product has still not arrived.

THE PATCH DOES NOT STICK EVEN WITH CLEAN SKIN

Returned item unopened and requested full refund only to be told because adhesive label that stuck to the mask packaging meant the goods were damaged and I would not be refunded. -

This device vibrate too strong and too fast. It happened that my husband was waken up over 10 times a night which was a disturbing. The price is not match with its performance.

SomniShop itself is OK. Orders are not processed very quickly but they do arrive.
This was the 2nd time we ordered, but the 2 bits are not satisfactory this time. Returning is not possible, so we are stuck with very expensive unpleasant bits.

I still haven't received my package containing a sleep apnea mask for which payment was made on April 17, 2023. If GLS does not deliver my package quickly, I will request the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount already paid.

Item ordered and paid for on May 5. Still nothing by May 28 and no response to my complaints

The mask was no good and it cannot be returned an expensive waste of money.

Awful customer service!

irritating product for the nasal septum when used for more than 2-3 nights in a row

Ordered a CPAP pillow. Unusable, couldn't sleep on it. Neck complaints only got worse. Over 80 euros including cover. Expensive experiment

The shop forces you to buy the strip plates with all sizes while out of the 8, 7 end up in recycling.
There should be plates by size (after the tests of the first use)
We know the strip needed and it needs to be changed quite often as the strips stretch and become too long…

Fast delivery

Initial purchase was good! But even though it’s called Somnishop UK, the products come from Germany. So after they have been dispatched, once they are in the UK they are subject to import duty & tax! So to receive the products I have to pay another £45 on top of my order! It was never mentioned at the time of ordering or anywhere on the website that products would be affected by additional duty costs! Buyers be very aware when ordering!

Sizing of T-shirts much larger per size than usual for size M. Had to return this (€12.00 for return shipping) and now ordered size S with shipping costs again.

Buyer beware.
The company was efficient at taking card details and charging me.
Their initial web page insisted on a clickthrough acceptance of terms and conditions that included tracking of non order related data, with an assertion that these permissions could be withdrawn 'at any time'. This is not the case, I have been unable to use the web site to register my desire to have this data removed.
I received an email related to the shipping of the items in German, from a 3rd party with no pointer to any help with translation. It turned out to be a perfunctory message saying the parcel was handed off for delivery.
An email asking for information about the parcel and some surprising charges, including VAT on VAT, remains unanswered.
At the time of writing I still haven't received the items. I'm not expecting to lose them, it's just been about a month.
All told a lacklustre and expensive experience.

Firstly the product works. It does stop you snoring and the SomnoGuard SPX is the most comfortable on offer. It's my 4th one (as they do not last long, hence minus a star). The delivery though was terrible. Package got lost as DHL used a third party, no help from SomniShop, so another minus for indifferent service.

I had to buy this as they refused to sell me a replacement part for the one I owned. The stud broke when trying to a different stay. A simple plastic tray that holds the soft plastic in place and probably costs 1 Euro to manufacture. Very poor customer after sales service.

This site is very misleading. I ordered from Somnishop uk as it appeared to be a UK business. Next thing I knew I had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had customs charges to pay which was £73.47. Turned out It was from Germany. I'm disgusted as there were other sites I could have ordered from that were in the UK. If you are from the UK be aware before you order.

The first order never arrived and turned out to have been returned. I received a discount code for reordering, but it didn't work. The second order arrived on time and the products were of good quality.
