Your product came damaged and I had an accident biting my top of the tongue with canine tooth due to it, therefore, not only I wasted £50 but also lost on your product not being refunded.

They have a good choice of product but it takes a while to arrive from Germany. My entire package was over the delivery cost threshold for the UK so I had to pay an extra £30 to receive my goods. This would not have been the case if my order had been split by them, I would prefer to pay delivery twice instead of a large customs fee! I've had issues with my products and each time I've emailed for help there has been no acknowledgement or response to my messages. So not great customer service really.

The order was not delivered and SomniShop NL does not send a replacement item nor is payment refunded

I'm sure this would suit some people, but I'm female with a smaller mouth. It just wouldn't fit. The size for the jaw hung right over my back molars and was really impossible to fit my mouth. I spent a lot of money on this as I have loads of problems finding ones small enough to fit a smaller female mouth, but never have. Alas this looked more adjustable, but the starting size was just too big.

This item hasn't been delivered as yet. It was sent to my wife's work address but she is home ill with Covid. Parcel Force did send a text but whenever we call they put in a call queuing system for endless minutes until we give up, which I guess is their goal. We apparently need a calling card to arrange re-delivery but Parcel Force did not leave one. They have supposedly taken the item back to their depot which is over 20 miles away, they could easily have left it at our local Post Office, but of course if they did this then they wouldn't be able to charge us £5 for the privilege to request a redelivery, which we are unable to do anyway because we have no card.
Please can you help.......................THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IS APPALLING!!

After following the slightly confusing instructions regarding moulding the product it seemed to work well. However a few nights in and I seem to have learned to open my mouth wider in my sleep to compensate which is letting air in and the snoring is returning albeit at a lower level. Disappointing there is no money back guarantee.

Little communication on delivery process. Received notifications about delivery in German only. Video instructions for assembly and use were confusing

Product with unsuitable and too light packaging. The postal services must have repackaged it when it is not their role!!!...

Their website kept emptying the basket at checkout. Then sent the wrong size. Weren't even willing to pay for return postage. So got a refund and shopped elsewhere.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, delivered only today. And when we call you, we don't even get a Dutch explanation and that for a Dutch site, no thanks, it doesn't have to be with you anymore, Evert Edmond

I received a faulty product and had to go through PayPal to get all of my money back.

Website was appalling, lots of errors, had to phone in the end. Product is hugely overpriced for what it is, but as the only supplier I could find I had no choice.

I would start by actually delivering the product! They say it has been delivered but I have received nothing!! And I also get no response from customer service so I just lost my money!!!! Never order here!!

Order not arrived. Returned by German post as if the order was not accepted. However, it was never offered to me.

By having a Dutch-speaking employee do it because I cannot convey my complaints

The store is good but not the product

Waiting for my order for more than a month. Customer service indicates every week that they will come up with a solution next week. Unfortunately, no responsibility is taken by customer service. No response to order cancellation. First and last time I ordered something here.

Shipping from Germany to France quite long (several weeks)

Due to complicated webpage, ordered the wrong size and they will not accept a return nor provide any compensation or offer of goodwill. Waste of money. Would never buy from here again

Product is great, but the delivery by DHL was downright poor. The packaging was severely damaged and that is often the case with DHL.

By really acting when we report a received package content not conforming to the order.

I have bought an anti-snoring device several times, this one I missed the molding so I bought another model. Best regards

I bought 2 anti-snoring t-shirts Somnipax, with inflatable and rigid cushions, it is totally ineffective, the cushion slips to the side and you sleep on your back... 66 euros for nothing!!!! and since the product has been used, no refund. It's pure and simple fraud.

The product is very cumbersome for sleeping, I managed to create my own much more adapted technique that allows me to keep my mouth closed which stops the snoring and I was surprised to see that a Swiss product was sent from Germany knowing that I live in Switzerland!!! So be aware that there are customs fees in addition to the price of the device!!!

I received a final rejection following my complaint:

After examining your concerns with the store management, we can inform you that the "holes" and irregularities in the cushion material that you are complaining about are normal air pockets related to production that do not affect the quality of the cushion and do not interfere with its function. The cushion is new and these irregularities or "three"/small "tears" in the cushion material do not interfere in any way with the function of the cushion.
Therefore, this is not a real defect nor a warranty case, and we cannot offer to exchange the cushion.

For my part, ease of adaptation and correct comfort once the product is thermoformed. However, it is necessary to wear a chin strap in addition. Otherwise, I continue to breathe through my mouth in deep sleep and I expel the somnishop. So it is not at all a miracle product, nor one that is sufficient on its own. Moreover, I find its price excessive compared to the services it provides.

The product purchased was not fit for purpose.
