High quality product. The fit is a little large but it’s probably better that way with the roll attached to the back.

I did not receive my order. Yet the GLS delivery person says they delivered it while I was at home that day.

I wanted to exchange a t-shirt because it was too big. But customer service claimed there was a stain on the returned t-shirt to avoid refunding anything.

You get good explanations on which mask to use, I won't mention the name but I received a follow-up mask size L while I needed size S, this size S that I bought from you fits well so it doesn't sit too close to my eyes anymore because I found that very annoying

The goods were not described correctly a key piece of information missing, had they been properly described I would not have bought them as they would not fit, you are not accepting this, furthermore, despite your paperwork offering a UK phone number, it only went to a fax machine, you blanked my request for a UK tel no that 'worked', therefore I have raised a complaint with HSBC
