I still haven't received my package containing a sleep apnea mask for which payment was made on April 17, 2023. If GLS does not deliver my package quickly, I will request the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount already paid.

Response from SomniShop

We are sorry to have encountered problems during the delivery of your order. But rest assured that we did our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We had several contacts with GLS and gave them instructions for new delivery attempts. I am happy to see that the delivery has now arrived at your place and I hope you are satisfied with the product. If you wish to adjust your rating, we would of course be very happy.

Friendly greetings

good but no harness or bubbles separately, the harness is way too big and fragile and the bubbles are becoming less and less solid.

Order went fine. In total took 11 days before the order arrived. Additionally, the packaging was completely damaged during transport, DHL put a new packaging over it.
