I have enough of an overbite that the product is unusable for me. This could've been avoided had sufficient guidance been given when I tried the suggested fitting test by biting a piece of cardboard.

Unusable. Comes off every night without exception even though I put it on exactly as recommended. Ineffective and therefore useless! They refused the return and refund because it was used... You test something that doesn't work but no refund because you tested it... To be avoided at all costs!!!!

Hello,
I would have loved to give you my opinion on the service and the product but despite the fact that DHL claims to have delivered the package on 29/12/25 in my mailbox, the package remains untraceable including with neighbors.
For now, I am waiting for your reaction as I paid €53.94 for nothing.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
