The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I would like to be able to purchase the short flexible pipe nearest the face mask on its own as it has a short life. The face mask will last three times as long. The short pipe is not listed as being available on its own unfortunately. Regards Sean

Order still not seen after almost 4 weeks

Product was delivered in good condition, though a little later than promised. Instructions were written in translated German, which made them a little difficult to understand.

Received the nasal mask as per my order and received quickly

One week of use so no results yet.... very pleasant t-shirt but size too big! It would need a size XXS for 1m65 and 53 Kg

Products that might fit if one knew in advance the size needed for their nostrils. There is indeed a kind of kit presenting 3 different sizes, but in this case, one is sure to have bought the other 2 sizes for nothing.
Maybe a similar kit in lower quality material, but just good for a "size fitting" would be interesting as a trial.
Aside from this, I tried 2 types of products at night, but after a while, I had irritation of the mucosa with nasal discharge.
Maybe it's due to the unsuitable size, maybe to the product itself (to the main material of the product).
I would like to try another size, but the fact of possibly paying again for nothing is prohibitive.
One last thing, I also tried the product for sports. In case of heavy exhalation, it comes out of the nostrils.
For my part, the experience is not conclusive at all and I will therefore stick with my external nasal strips.

I don't use the t-shirt and you suggested I return it but that's too complicated so too bad

Not worth the price.. Could have got cheaper if I looked around...

It was not clear that the shipping was going to take place from the UK or from the EU, since the website indicated both as available. Only after paying the order it was clear that shipping took place from the EU by DHL, to the UK delivery address. The cost for just a handful of sleep apnea air filters was exorbitant. Ordinary post would have been sufficient. Or give a choice. Please be guided.

Returned a faulty product and the replacement sent also does not work as the supplied instructions say it should.

Sadly I only realized that I could not return the product under the 30 day refund guarantee after it had been opened. I was very upset to find that I had trusted £169.95 to this and have lost that money. For people like me who have probably spent a small fortune looking for an aid to their snoring problem and are willing to take the risk to try new products it is very upsetting.

Negative service by phone
When you call, you get a German or English speaking lady.
Not right when you sell products in the Netherlands.

You were the only supplier of the goods I bought but the postage charges were very high. I would hope these could be reviewed for such small, inexpensive products. However, I am grateful to have been able to make the purchase and have been delighted with the product.

Very pleased to find a straightforward place to buy a replacement CPAP mask when mine broke. Easily found the exact same mask as from the NHS, and importantly it arrived much sooner than the Sleep Unit achieved, despite a slight snag with international delivery (the printed address was incomplete so it took a few extra days to find me). At about the price of a restaurant dinner for two, I would recommend picking up a spare mask to anyone who relies on their CPAP.
