Due to a disruption at the post, the tracking code was not recognized and we had to wait a long time for our package. However, the webshop responded almost immediately to our request for information, which initially did not provide insight into where the package was. Eventually, I received the package in good order. Good product!

Device for sleep apnea, I have recently been using the product 'nasal dilator'. I now spend nights almost without waking up, whereas previously I would wake up 2 or 3 times a night with my nose completely blocked. This product brings me great comfort at night and I tolerate it well.

We normally process and ship all orders within one working day, including yours. We ship small orders with PostNL so we do not have to charge our customers expensive shipping costs. Usually, this free delivery takes 3-5 working days via PostNL.
Please note that in your case there is an extended Pentecost weekend in between. Normally your package should arrive today (5th working day). It can sometimes happen that the Post takes a few days longer for some reason, but certainly not weeks!!
If your package does not arrive within a few days, please contact our customer service. We will gladly look for a solution.

There was something wrong with the online payment for the order. I emailed about it immediately and within a few hours I already had a response. The problem is solved. The communication is very smooth. The only downside is that I had to wait about 10 days for my order. It stayed for days at the exchange office because it had to be sent abroad. So if you order, you need to factor in this delay. For urgent orders, you better look for another solution.
