As with all anti-snoring dental mouthpieces, it takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks to get used to the device, which is perceived as a foreign body in the first days. If after this adaptation period wearing the orthosis is still uncomfortable, and you find it too thick, we recommend you turn to our SomnoFit-S anti-snoring orthosis, which is much thinner, and therefore more comfortable to wear. You can refer to our size guide in the description of our products to see if the device fits your jaw.

Does not work, after 30 seconds of soaking in 72 degrees the mouthpiece turned into shapeless mass. Holes closed, arrow gone. I tried to fit it, but it didn't work. Very bumpy end result and painful in the mouth. Also does not prevent leakage. Soaking and fitting again made it even less fitting, now also painful for teeth. So 70 euros wasted money.
Don't start with it!

I did receive an email that it was on its way, more than a week ago and another email with the correction for me that I have made and an explanation of why it is not here yet.
The German post.., it would have been nice if this had been communicated faster..

The orthosis does not allow (or hardly) movements,

the muscle relaxation linked to falling asleep causes a disconnection of the lower jaw and the orthosis

which makes it ineffective
