Delivery for the first order fast and problem-free. Product received, albeit high-priced, of the best quality and usability compared to many unsuccessfully tested competitor products.

Delivery as agreed, clear what the delivery time was.
Too bad there was no NL manual included, otherwise a great product!

Fast delivery. The nose spreaders helped me stop snoring. I had also used the brace but I don't find it comfortable, and with just the nose spreaders, I don't snore according to my partner. For the brace, I went from +6 to +4.5, which fits better.
An inexpensive solution for a years-long problem. Better than going through a general practitioner to an ENT specialist to a sleep center only to find out that you don't have sleep apnea and thus won't get reimbursed by insurance.
The manuals should have been in Dutch, I think. My English and German are good enough to read, but I went back to the site to read how the brace should be adjusted.

Product received in good order, unfortunately not within a day (as stated on the site), but within 4 working days.

Product does not work at all.
I had ordered an anti-snoring mouthpiece that was supposed to prevent your tongue from falling back while sleeping.

Response from SomniShop
Dear customer, we are very sorry that our product did not help with your snoring. It may be that a snoring brace is not the right solution for your snoring because the cause of snoring lies elsewhere. Have you taken our snoring test? It provides a good indication of where the cause of snoring lies. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The idea with the snoring backpack is good and also worth a few euros, but the part is absolutely too expensive. Estimated material value 10 €
