The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the length of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

The product does not work

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

Delivered quickly. Solid and pleasant pillow, only the bottom could be a bit rougher.. it falls out of bed at my headboard during the night.

Anti-snore pillow bought, €95...doesn't work, returned with return form within 30 days. Still haven't received money back after 3 weeks. No responses to 2 emails.

Now placed an order for the 2nd time. Was well packaged, arrived quickly. The products are as described and look good. The quality is also good. So far nothing to complain about.

Ordering an item for 137.- and then having to pay the postman an amount of 30.70 as customs fees should be clearly mentioned on the site! One does not suspect while on the site that it is not in Switzerland.

The product does not work. Neither mouthpieces fit, and so snoring continues. The company would not give money back, even though the product does not work. Disappointed.

The UK import tax was not paid, so I had to pay over £40.00 to get the goods released to me. Can I have reimbursement for this cost?

The quality of the pillow being quite mediocre and its price, quite high, I think I can say that I am quite disappointed

Usually I wear M or L, I took XS so that the roll in the back doesn't turn and it still turns, it's a shame

Good service, better to order on your site than on Amazon (I have already had delivery issues).

Item ordered on May 6 and received on the 14th which is rather long for a simple mask cushion.
However, I have nothing to say about the quality of the service. The package was well prepared and the item well packaged.
I received emails at each stage of the order and delivery.

The device adapted very well to my dentition and I have indeed noticed a decrease in my apneas. I would have rated five stars if it had continued in this direction, unfortunately the device loosens quickly and does not hold very well after about ten days in my case. At 120€ for the piece of plastic I admit to being very disappointed.

Did not receive track and trace from DHL, so the package has been returned.

Good web shop, clear. Fast shipping. Only with questions, by phone or email, after 2 weeks still no response received. I find that a shame, because the web shop looks professional.
Product, Contour CPAP Pillow 2.0 is good. It is true that it is a bit harder but I haven't slept a minute less because of it.

There are a few things that could be different. Nose clips can simply go through the mailbox, so why send as a package with the same costs. It took over a week to receive them. It was a repeat order, but the size L I ordered was suddenly smaller than the previous delivery. Returned 8 days ago, but still no message or refund? This could be different. Lastly, I am unclear about the difference between omnipax air and clipair. They both come in a clipair box?
