6 years of loyalty, ... and for me, ... it's the best!

I bought a CPAP pillow here.
Slept perfectly from the first night

I have not received my last order !!!!!

Product not delivered. Little help from customer service. Very poor for a medical product.

Excellent oral prosthesis that offers an effective and comfortable solution to snoring

EXCELLENT, MEETS MY EXPECTATIONS IN ALL AREAS

Good service and good products for CPAP

Although my order took some time from Germany to the UK I was kept informed of progress and there were no surprises.

Great service and pricing, especially postage.

I have never received my order until today, the email follow-ups have no response, the service does not speak French, it's a shame I lost more than 75€

I have never received my products or a refund

Great quality and fast delivery

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the length of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

The product does not work

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

Excellent service

Fast processing of the order and fine product. Too bad the courier took so long.
