good quality. For the first few days less noise disturbance, then it became annoying and the snoring did not decrease. Ultimately, it does not work as I had hoped, as described via the webshop it helps against snoring. Very disappointing purchase.

Hello, yes, the delivery was delayed, but despite the traffic restrictions, it's reasonable. I am very satisfied and especially with the responsiveness to an inquiry. With the order, a booklet of products offered for sale was included. It's very good, too bad it was only published in German. It's long to translate even with DeepL translator. I will return to the site.

They promise to deliver the product to the customer within 3-5 days. We are now a week later and I have heard nothing more. And the tracking number is incorrect according to the DHL website, so my product seems to have disappeared from the earth.

I order this on the 26/02/20 and it has yet to arrive. So I would point to the postal as an area for improvement.

Very bad product. The pillow is a torture device, meaning you get zero sleep at night. I guess that is one way to resolve snoring...
