Fast delivery

Initial purchase was good! But even though it’s called Somnishop UK, the products come from Germany. So after they have been dispatched, once they are in the UK they are subject to import duty & tax! So to receive the products I have to pay another £45 on top of my order! It was never mentioned at the time of ordering or anywhere on the website that products would be affected by additional duty costs! Buyers be very aware when ordering!

Sizing of T-shirts much larger per size than usual for size M. Had to return this (€12.00 for return shipping) and now ordered size S with shipping costs again.

Buyer beware.
The company was efficient at taking card details and charging me.
Their initial web page insisted on a clickthrough acceptance of terms and conditions that included tracking of non order related data, with an assertion that these permissions could be withdrawn 'at any time'. This is not the case, I have been unable to use the web site to register my desire to have this data removed.
I received an email related to the shipping of the items in German, from a 3rd party with no pointer to any help with translation. It turned out to be a perfunctory message saying the parcel was handed off for delivery.
An email asking for information about the parcel and some surprising charges, including VAT on VAT, remains unanswered.
At the time of writing I still haven't received the items. I'm not expecting to lose them, it's just been about a month.
All told a lacklustre and expensive experience.

Firstly the product works. It does stop you snoring and the SomnoGuard SPX is the most comfortable on offer. It's my 4th one (as they do not last long, hence minus a star). The delivery though was terrible. Package got lost as DHL used a third party, no help from SomniShop, so another minus for indifferent service.

I had to buy this as they refused to sell me a replacement part for the one I owned. The stud broke when trying to a different stay. A simple plastic tray that holds the soft plastic in place and probably costs 1 Euro to manufacture. Very poor customer after sales service.

This site is very misleading. I ordered from Somnishop uk as it appeared to be a UK business. Next thing I knew I had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had customs charges to pay which was £73.47. Turned out It was from Germany. I'm disgusted as there were other sites I could have ordered from that were in the UK. If you are from the UK be aware before you order.

Very satisfied with the ordered product

Fast delivery. The offer could include packaging with multiple pieces to avoid unnecessary packaging.

Ordered hose cover. The cover was about 10 cm too long. It states in the product description that it is for hoses of 180 cm and the hose cap 170 cm. However, the cover I received was 190 cm. I wanted to return it unused due to the wrong size delivered, but the store initially refused for hygiene reasons. According to them, the product description stated 191 cm and therefore I must not have looked properly, but that size is really nowhere on their site. I also informed them of this via email and called them. Afterwards, they admitted that it indeed does not appear on the Dutch site (it turned out to be a German company, although you call a Dutch number, they only spoke English or German, although they do email in Dutch). They would consult with the manager and that same morning I was told that I would get my money back after all. That has now been refunded, so at my request I also adjusted the review.

The first order never arrived and turned out to have been returned. I received a discount code for reordering, but it didn't work. The second order arrived on time and the products were of good quality.

Order still not received despite confirmation on 5th December 2022 that order was complete and had been shipped. I emailed on 10th December with query as tracking was not working on link provided. Confirmed by vendor that delivery was imminent with new tracking link, this has been showing for over a week that purchase is in Ireland/ no sign of delivery date

You need to specify on your site that customs duties are not included in the indicated price!!!

Nothing to change

Product works great.
Only broke within half a year.
A part came loose while I was sleeping.
Fortunately, I woke up from it.
Now I have contacted customer service and they say they can't do anything for me.
The lifespan of the product is at least 1 year to 1.5 years. But after half a year they can do nothing for you anymore.
Very poor service.

I never received my item and still haven’t received my refund.

Ordered wrong size but terms & conditions state unable to return if bag seal broken. Not sure how you're supposed to find out it's the wrong size without taking it out of the package though. Poorly described on website.

Shipping costs are way too expensive!

The package must have been repackaged by the post office, the box being damaged.

Please be aware this is an EU based shop, despite the .uk domain. If you order over the threshold then duties/VAT will be payable. This could be made clearer. I was erroneously charged under even though my order was under the limit but Somnishop took care of that so points to them. Actual goods were perfect, great price and rapidly delivered, well packed.

I have been using SoClean bracket cleaner for years. In recent years, it has become increasingly common for liquid to come out of the spray can instead of foam. The can I received now gives only liquid right from the start. Has the production process changed? I would like to receive a response!!

Good product

The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I would like to be able to purchase the short flexible pipe nearest the face mask on its own as it has a short life. The face mask will last three times as long. The short pipe is not listed as being available on its own unfortunately. Regards Sean

Product was delivered in good condition, though a little later than promised. Instructions were written in translated German, which made them a little difficult to understand.

Sizes do not match

Received the nasal mask as per my order and received quickly

One week of use so no results yet.... very pleasant t-shirt but size too big! It would need a size XXS for 1m65 and 53 Kg
