Nice assortment, extra information via email. In terms of communication, it could all be a bit faster. It was unclear to me that this is a web store from Germany and therefore the shipping of the package simply takes a week. Not a problem at all, but it's nice to know what to expect.

Your product came damaged and I had an accident biting my top of the tongue with canine tooth due to it, therefore, not only I wasted £50 but also lost on your product not being refunded.

Philips Respironics mask

They have a good choice of product but it takes a while to arrive from Germany. My entire package was over the delivery cost threshold for the UK so I had to pay an extra £30 to receive my goods. This would not have been the case if my order had been split by them, I would prefer to pay delivery twice instead of a large customs fee! I've had issues with my products and each time I've emailed for help there has been no acknowledgement or response to my messages. So not great customer service really.

The package was delivered on time.
However, I had a bit of trouble getting used to this t-shirt very well designed otherwise but which prevents sleeping on the back. This is recommended by the medical profession to prevent sleep apnea.

Ordered items are good and meet expectations.
It's a pity that the starter set turned out to be unavailable although the items could be ordered individually.
Ordering by phone was not pleasant either. It was easier on the PC. I will forget the annoying things anyway. I have the items and that is the most important.

I still have not received this

This item hasn't been delivered as yet. It was sent to my wife's work address but she is home ill with Covid. Parcel Force did send a text but whenever we call they put in a call queuing system for endless minutes until we give up, which I guess is their goal. We apparently need a calling card to arrange re-delivery but Parcel Force did not leave one. They have supposedly taken the item back to their depot which is over 20 miles away, they could easily have left it at our local Post Office, but of course if they did this then they wouldn't be able to charge us £5 for the privilege to request a redelivery, which we are unable to do anyway because we have no card.
Please can you help.......................THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IS APPALLING!!

Good service, item arrived in good time with overseas tracking to follow the purchase.

Order returned. Well handled

After following the slightly confusing instructions regarding moulding the product it seemed to work well. However a few nights in and I seem to have learned to open my mouth wider in my sleep to compensate which is letting air in and the snoring is returning albeit at a lower level. Disappointing there is no money back guarantee.
