Anti-snoring cushion does not work

I received a final rejection following my complaint:
Hello Sir,
Thank you for your patience.
After examining your concerns with the store management, we can inform you that the "holes" and irregularities in the cushion material that you are complaining about are normal air pockets related to production that do not affect the quality of the cushion and do not interfere with its function. The cushion is new and these irregularities or "three"/small "tears" in the cushion material do not interfere in any way with the function of the cushion.
Therefore, this is not a real defect nor a warranty case, and we cannot offer to exchange the cushion.
Thank you for your understanding.

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way too long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.

Faster delivery, was not expecting product to be shipped from Germany, other suppliers offer faster service for the same product
