They promise to deliver the product to the customer within 3-5 days. We are now a week later and I have heard nothing more. And the tracking number is incorrect according to the DHL website, so my product seems to have disappeared from the earth.

Neatly delivered, only the first time as a package for which you had to stay home and the second time through the mailbox which could also be easy.
Unfortunately, my husband still snores....

Response from SomniShop

Dear customer,
We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Our team sent the package on the same day. You entered a foreign address as the delivery address which may cause the delivery to take a bit longer than our standard shipping time. We appreciate your understanding.

I order this on the 26/02/20 and it has yet to arrive. So I would point to the postal as an area for improvement.

Delivery on time and product in line with my expectations.
A small remark: I would have appreciated a manual in French for setting up the straps of the bag
