The system seems okay to us, but the distance rods come loose during sleep.

Cushion not suitable for the purpose because too wide and yet a supine position is possible. That should be prevented by the cushion. Return costs must be borne by the customer 10 €

Repeated problems with delivery. Once long wait about 1 week until delivery. In the next order requested delivery after 8 days, would be on the way. (This delivery only arrived today. It was a 2nd delivery (this time with tracking) and look, after another 3 days the delivery was there.

The package was delivered to me by the post office. I had to pay Fr. 20.35 for clearance and VAT. I think this should be noted.

The goods and delivery were all super - no worries. I just had a problem completing my order in the online store. Because of that, I deducted one star.

Everything went well, was very good, the shipping from Somnishop was also very fast, only the post office then took a whole week to deliver the goods.

The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think too late, because it was said that shipping takes place 1 day after ordering.
