Initial purchase was good! But even though it’s called Somnishop UK, the products come from Germany. So after they have been dispatched, once they are in the UK they are subject to import duty & tax! So to receive the products I have to pay another £45 on top of my order! It was never mentioned at the time of ordering or anywhere on the website that products would be affected by additional duty costs! Buyers be very aware when ordering!

Caveat emptor.
The company was efficient at taking card details and charging me.
Their initial web page insisted on a clickthrough acceptance of terms and conditions that included tracking of non order related data, with an assertion that these permissions could be withdrawn 'at any time'. This is not the case, I have been unable to use the web site to register my desire to have this data removed.
I received an email related to the shipping of the items in German, from a 3rd party with no pointer to any help with translation. It turned out to be a perfunctory message saying the parcel was handed off for delivery.
An email asking for information about the parcel and some surprising charges, including VAT on VAT, remains unanswered.
At the time of writing I still haven't received the items. I'm not expecting to lose them, it's just been about a month.
All told a lacklustre and expensive experience.

Firstly the product works. It does stop you snoring and the SomnoGuard SPX is the most comfortable on offer. It's my 4th one (as they do not last long, hence minus a star). The delivery though was terrible. Package got lost as DHL used a third party, no help from SomniShop, so another minus for indifferent service.

I had to buy this as they refused to sell me a replacement part for the one I owned. The stud broke when trying to a different stay. A simple plastic tray that holds the soft plastic in place and probably costs 1 Euro to manufacture. Very poor customer after sales service.

Good service and ontime delivery

This site is very misleading. I ordered from Somnishop uk as it appeared to be a UK business. Next thing I knew I had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had customs charges to pay which was £73.47. Turned out It was from Germany. I'm disgusted as there were other sites I could have ordered from that were in the UK. If you are from the UK be aware before you order.

Timely delivery from Germany to the UK albeit very expensive. Product excellent.

The product was easy to order and arrived quickly and was well packed. This was the first time that I had used a mandibular enhancement device and it worked a treat. I can now share the same bed as my girlfriend, and she's no longer grumpy with me in the morning! Avoid very expensive dentists and do it yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Considering the time of year and many postal issues, I was pleased it came so promptly and in perfect condition. (Haven't actually tried using the product yet.)

Order still not received despite confirmation on 5th December 2022 that order was complete and had been shipped. I Emailed on 10th December with query as tracking was not working on link provided . Confirmed by vendor that delivery was imminent with new tracking link, this has been showing for over a week that purchase is in Ireland/ no sign of delivery date 😡

Ordered wrong size but terms & conditions state unable to return if bag seal broken. Not sure how you're supposed to find out it's the wrong size without taking it out of the package though. Poorly described on website.

Why can i not buy the products from the German website?

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnoea and to prevent this along with snoring when lying on my back I purchased the Somnipax shirt (T shirt) with roll foam. It works brilliantly prevents me from rolling onto my back for a better nights sleep And prevents me waking up at the household. I would recommend that you go one size small for a tight fit. T-shirts are made of good quality cotton and comfortable to wear.

Initially I was concerned by some negative feedback left by previous Customers. All i can say is that this mask is far superior to any mask i have had. The seal is great, no annoying leaks while asleep either.

Cannot fault service at all. Had a couple of queries before purchase which were answered very quickly. Delivery from Germany to the UK only took a couple of days.

Absolutely first rate folks. Will definitely be using them again.
