Customer reviews of SomniShop

I have never received my products or a refund

Great quality and fast delivery

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the length of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

Happy with the product

Delivered quickly. Solid and pleasant pillow, only the bottom could be a bit rougher.. it falls out of bed at my headboard during the night.

The correct product arrived promptly. Thank you

Good price quality

As always, neatly on time and always good

I'm not sure what I bought from this shop as I've bought a few things over the last few months from different shops but everything I have received has been very good quality. If it was the PRADA sunglasses yes they were great 100% original and got them for £325 instead of £550 so bargain. I also bought a few pairs of the so-called best ear plugs in the world for my girlfriend as I snore. I bought them from Bolston, very expensive ear plugs and when they came they had changed the design from the last time I bought them so the actual quality at keeping noise out has gone down. And the other things I've bought I bought for years so these are the only 2 products I can think of, they're both good.

Perfect

Fast delivery and in accordance with my order. Good product but a bit expensive...

Great service and item was received very quickly. Very pleased.

Unfortunately had to return because I really can't lie on it. Still waiting for receipt confirmation.

Delivered bang on time, all in good order. I've been trying the product for the past few weeks and it seems to be working, albeit I'm now whistling through my nose, which is an improvement on my roaring (snoring)!! I'm certainly sleeping better!!

Nice prices and good quality

Speed, good price and good service

Order conforms. Product still very pleasant to wear.

Product not received, no problem-solving ability from customer service.

Anti-snore pillow bought, €95...doesn't work, returned with return form within 30 days. Still haven't received money back after 3 weeks. No responses to 2 emails.

Quickly at home

Great service

Now placed an order for the 2nd time. Was well packaged, arrived quickly. The products are as described and look good. The quality is also good. So far nothing to complain about.

Ordering an item for 137.- and then having to pay the postman an amount of 30.70 as customs fees should be clearly mentioned on the site! One does not suspect while on the site that it is not in Switzerland.
