Delivered promptly but after following instructions to mould correctly device would not stay in place. With my mouth closed almost impossible to breathe unless you can breathe through your nose all the time. When I opened my mouth to breathe the device would fall out. I have found a much better mandible available for a fraction of the price.

This device is so much better that a tennis ball strapped to my t-shirt! I sleep comfortably, and am recommending it to friends.

Having tried another bulkier positional snoring backpack I have found this much more comfortable and effective but would recommend the hard foam insert as providing more support and also perhaps buying a size smaller than usual to provide tighter fit and to prevent it moving round the torso when sleeping. I had only ordered the basic shirt with inflatable insert but subsequently ordered the foam insert separately, Both items were promptly delivered.

A very informative website led me to purchase this device. Both that and the reputation of the company were important factors in my decision.
I have used the device on two or three occasions now. It is taking time to become accustomed to the MAD but I expected this to happen.
Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will become used to this device.
The administration and response team are exactly what you would hope for and delivery from Germany to the UK was a matter of a week, if that.

The mandibular device works excellent! Sucks onto the teeths to help stay in place. No apnea anymore ! My fitbit has confirmed this too. I am so relieved.If any improvement required, then maybe a bit less bulky as I can not close my lips at night. But overall the device is a blessing.

Avoid. Very poor management of a complaint.

The mask was supplied the correct size, the harness was supplied too small. I provided photographs and a resized harness was not offered. When I asked how I might avoid ordering the wrong size harness in the future I received the following answer:
Hello,

Unfortunately we can not answer this question for you. You may have had the standard size, as this is the most common one.

However we don't know that. So if you want to order another size, it would be at your own buyers risk in this case.
