The goods were not described correctly a key piece of information missing, had they been properly described I would not have bought them as they would not fit, you are not accepting this, furthermore, despite your paperwork offering a UK phone number, it only went to a fax machine, you blanked my request for a UK tel no that 'worked', therefore I have raised a complaint with HSBC

The top mouthpiece was easy to mould correctly - it did take two attempts but now fits nice and snug and doesn't slip at all. However the bottom mould is a lot more difficult to get right. As I have a small mouth having to insert the bottom mould will the top one in places has caused problems, I experienced rubbing at the side of my mouth and scratched the corner of my mouth when inserting. Also experienced a problem fitting the connectors - they kept popping off so had to fit the "non adjusting ones". Will preserver and will try to mould the bottom set again.
Delivery was excellent and only took a few days.

Product is good however the delivery of the product is not very good. I had to wait for 7 working days to receive the product. they should have a warehouse in the UK instead of sending the product from Germany

The somniguard hurts my mouth and does not fit in well. I have not managed to sleep in it yet because it is too uncomfortable
