I was most disappointed. I recently had a sleep study and this showed that I snored more when I was on my back, hence purchasing the back pack. I tried it for 2 nights and my snore score jumped to 29 and 30 in the snore lab whereas it had been down at 10 to 15. I would therefore wish to return it.

Bought a Somnipax guard S. Works fantastic when Tensioning band is new. Very expensive to buy additional Tensioning Bands, and you have to buy 10 packs even though you are only using 1 or 2 of them. Then you have to throw away remaining.

Returned item unopened and requested full refund only to be told because adhesive label that stuck to the mask packaging meant the goods were damaged and I would not be refunded.

This device vibrate too strong and too fast. It happened that my husband was waken up over 10 times a night which was a disturbing. The price is not match with it’s performance.

Hello thank you for your message. The intensity of the vibration of the somnipax belt is adjustable. Please try to choose a lower vibration intensity. You can find the detailed instructions on how to do so in the instruction manual in Chapter 7 "How do I use somnipax belt correctly" in the paragraph "Adjust the intensity of vibration". It should be on page 11. I hope this helps you!
