These loose there strength far to quickly I've had several but the work just wished they lasted longer

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Even though the shop is called somnishop uk it is actually in Germany so delivery is delayed and you will have to add customs fees to the price quoted. So whilst I got what I ordered eventually it was way more expensive and slower than expected

Mask came in good time. Mask does not work for me. It leaks when sleeping on your side very disappointed.

Quality product but it didnt work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunatly because the product didnt allow me to breath through my mouth I couldnt use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement prodcut but was told I would have to buy a alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alterntive from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to Somnishop for years if they had been a bit more accomodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaninful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product i could not use.

Outrageous prices for poorly fitting products which don’t work. Profiteering at its worst.

took a week to receive a card saying customs had not been paid had to send it back or i would of been paying double price the website is SomniShop uk you don't expect customs charge not to be paid from a company advertising in the uk

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

From Germany so not “uk” and price excessive when product seen. (Which also have not had any beneficial effect).

Delivery took 9 business days

The mouth peice only has a marginal affect on my snoring - the only subtle change was the tone of my snoring. I would appreciate any further advise you can give. Julian Mason.

With postal charges I paid £16 for eight bands, seven of which I've sent straight to land fill because I dont need them

No connection hose so could not use

I'm sure this woyld suit some people, but im female with a smaller mouth. It just wouldnt fit. The size for the jaw hung right over my back molars and was really impossible to fit my mouth. I spent a lot of money on this as i have loads of problems finding ones small enough to fit a smaller female mouth, but never have. Alas this looked more adjustable, but the starting size was just too big.

I received a faulty product and had to go through PayPal to get all of my money back.

Try making sure ive actually received my order before asking me to review it

Very bad product. The pillow is a torture device, meaning you get zero sleep at night. I guess that is one way to resolve snoring...

Still not received my order 10 days after placing it

No, you can't calibrate the position of your lower jaw. Its a one piece device, your lower jaw can only be aligned inline with your upper front teeth.

Package, order and delivery process was good by the way.

The idea with the snoring backpack is good and also worth a few euros, but the part is absolutely too expensive. Estimated material value 10 �
