Purchase was simple but the courier wrote to me in German, not English to inform me of delivery. The SomniShop ladies helpmed me out though by informing me in English.

I bought the Somnipax guard S, for a small woman like me it is perfect. Clever design, which doesn't feel bulky in your mouth like previous ones I have tried. The instructions, which I would recommend reading a few times before moulding the guard are very detailed, (maybe a larger font would help). The guards always take a few nights to get used to, but stick with it as my snore score went from 78 to 4 and my quality of sleep is much improved.

With postal charges I paid £16 for eight bands, seven of which I've sent straight to land fill because I dont need them

This means the one band I needed cost me £16 OUTRAGEUOS!!!

It was easy to work out which product i needed from the selection available. It was also well packaged such that when my previous mask failed as i got into bed I simply unpacked the new one and was able to put it on without any messing about. I'll be ordering another set for backup, though I don't anticipate needing it for a year or so.

Excellent product. After an eye operation I was not allowed to sleep on my back. This was worrying me how to prevent this. Your product tee shirt with poly roll in back vent was the perfect answer. Comfortable to wear and it certainly did the job. Thank you for this perfect solution. Highly recommended

They have a good choice of product but it takes a while to arrive from Germany. My entire package was over the delivery cost threshold for the UK so I had to pay an extra £30 to receive my goods. This would not have been the case if my order had been split by them, I would prefer to pay delivery twice instead of a large customs fee! I've had issues with my products and each time I've emailed for help there has been no acknowledgement or response to my messages. So not great customer service really.
