Customer reviews of SomniShop

Products are great and delivery is fast.

perfect

Neat prices, fast delivery.

My order was delivered by DHL... but I received nothing, I reported that to Somnishop. They are working on it but very sloppy...

Product very well prepared and shipped.

So far the experience was good. But I think the last order is stuck. Delivery days on the site match ONLY with reality. The package was already in the Netherlands on December 2 and has not yet been delivered. Personal contact with Somni is also increasingly leading to nothing. This was different in the past. I hope the package will be delivered this week. It needs to go with someone to Aruba!

the quality is no longer up to par,

Effective product and not too expensive. Delivery time a bit long.

Great service - fast delivery, items as advertised. Will definitely order from this company again.

Satisfied, the anti-bruxism gutter works well.

Cared service and fast delivery!

Everything was handled very smoothly. Only a pity that the attachment is completely in French.

Nothing to say.....everything is perfect! thank you

Item as described. Thanks

Great service

Takes a little time to arrive but perfect quality service, thank you

Great service, good explanation received with the product

Very satisfactory service

Excellent, effective products. And excellent customer service when I needed to contact them

Quick delivery and good communication!

Product and price really good but tracking is terrible. Had to contact supplier to be told it was in customs waiting to clear and any further charge would have to be paid, still checked daily with no further information and it just arrived. Maybe a tweak in the shipping info

All around good service!

Perfect

Ok very happy

TOP-Service!

Nice clear website, pleasant prices and fast delivery.

6 years of loyalty, ... and for me, ... it's the best!

I bought a CPAP pillow here.
Slept perfectly from the first night

Excellent oral prosthesis that offers an effective and comfortable solution to snoring

EXCELLENT, MEETS MY EXPECTATIONS IN ALL AREAS

Good service and good products for CPAP

Although my order took some time from Germany to the UK I was kept informed of progress and there were no surprises.

Great service and pricing, especially postage.

Fast, correct delivery

Great quality and fast delivery

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

Excellent service
