Positive experiences also emphasize value, affordable pricing, and the effectiveness of products for their intended needs.
Somnishop were very responsive handling my pre-purchase queries which gave me the confidence to place an order. They kept me informed about the delivery and I received my order promptly. The online video was very helpful and the fitting instructions easy to follow.

Good system for sleep apnea
The t-shirt is of good quality and made of very pleasant fabric to wear. For me, the size is consistent with my other t-shirts for the bust but I had to cut the sleeves to be comfortable (indeed, obese people often have big arms). I'm afraid the next size up will be too big. Much more pleasant than other systems with elastics that are uncomfortable during the night. It just lacks a bit of color!

The delivery of the order was fine.
The device came with a description that was poorly readable (very small letters).
What to do if the device needs to be returned (there is a test period of 40 days attached) is missing. Not good therefore.

Relatively quickly delivered from Germany. The PosiForm pillow 'forces' your head into a certain position and feels a bit too 'hard' for me. The edge in the middle doesn't really prevent you from turning on your back; your head then ends up in the other pre-shaped half. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience, but that may be different for others. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks now and will continue to use it in hopes of improvement.
